I wish I could cry sometimes just to get all these negative feelings out of me.
But I can't. Yet I don't know why, I don't think I have cried since my Mum died,
that was 28 years ago.

Do you cry, and does it help?

ill admit it, im extremely sensitive and cry over everything. I feel so much better whenever I cry. Sometimes it doesn’t help, but for the most part it does. Crying releases a lot of pent up energy that I have and can’t release it. I also cry myself to sleep a lot too and that ends up calming me down some.

Hope u are ok today.

I think crying helps. I heard it’s meant to help you move through emotions-I probably agree.

Sometimes I can't cry because there's no-one to be there or listen to me. I've just moved back into my parent’s house because I'm broke and my families a bit weird and you are not meant to show any emotion so it kind of puts me off crying!

I am at the other end. I feel sad and unable. When a situation comes up that would make me feel better to cry and get it out, the best I can do is sniffle and maybe a tear or two will go down my cheeks. But I don't cry like you describe. Sometimes I wonder if I would be better off to bawl and get it over with
