Can this just be depression?

Hi all can this really just be depression,
My Symptoms.

Persistent Diarrhoea about 5 weeks plus,
Cough almost permanent,
Running nose & shivers,
Pain in upper & lower back & chest,
Extreme lethargy & fatigue sleeping up to 18 hrs,
Pains in legs & like pins & needles & slight unbalanced,
Weakness & pain in left arm,
Lack of concentration & memory & blurry vision,
Very sore & swollen throat,
Nausea & sweating,
Lack of appetite,
Rash on chest & face,
Breathless
No interest in doing anything,
Everything’s a real effort I just cant stop shaking,
My Medication.Arthrotec 75 one tablet 3 times daily,
Sertraline 100mg one tablet at night,
Zopiclone 7.5 mg one tablet at night

I am now scared as I’ve been off 6 weeks and am going to lose my job it cant get any worse, took all my effort to type this, I am hoping to see the doctor today haven’t ate for 3 days, whets going on im ruining my family life help take care all Tony

This sounds like plain and simple fever, or maybe strep throat. Not really depression, in my opinion.

Hi there,
it sounds as though you might have glandular fever. You've got very similar symptoms to what I had a few years ago and I had a pretty severe case of it. I'd go to your doctor and have a blood test done if I was you.

hi thanks for replies I have had many blood tests and chest x rays all clear going too doctors again today cant take much more of this, im wrecking my wife and daughters heads , and she’s only 12 I am really useless all the time these days no emotions or anything took all my effort to put up a mass tree I have never felt this low take care all
