There have been many studies that suggest that exercise has a direct correlation with reducing stress. Just by exercising several times a week for about a half hour at a time can lower stress levels. Whether you lift weights, do the Stairmaster or just walk for half an hour it all goes into channel sing your energies into something constructive, takes off the mind from our anxieties for a while and ventilates the system thereby refreshing our bodies and mind.
I suffered from depression and panic for sometime and then came across this suggestion from some friend to go for selftherapy.org which has helped me immensely with its simple techniques and it doesn't need me to go on medication or strict lifestyle regulations. Thought might be helpful for you all. |

There is definitely a correlation between the mind and physical body.
Sad to say for me personally though, I have three physical disorders (Asthma, Anemia, Neurocardiogenic Syncope) that harden my time for physical activity. Although I do enjoy Theramood products sporadically, which is a life saver. It helps both my anxiety and depression and keeps my body from giving out. |

Going for a long walk is a good form of exercise
if very anxious about people, walk early morning when few are about, or after dark so you are harder to see
don’t keep any extra muscle tension in your body when exercising |
