Heart Normal but problem of Dizziness

I got my heart check up thoroughly, all test like ECG, Stress etc. Heart is completely ok. But, have been getting very dizzy lately, people tell me that you get it with anxiety but I though that it was because you hyperventilate etc. Mine happens when I am feeling normal, not anxious at all!!

No idea~ I have the same problem it happens when im not feeling any anxiety symptoms...It feels like im on a cruise ship...

I have been getting these attacks of dizziness along with some lightheadedness. My doctor tells me that this goes along with anxiety however I can get it while I am not even having an anxiety attack. I talked with someone that deals with depressed patients and people with anxiety and she told me that u can have an anxiety attack with the dizziness symptom with nothing else along with it that comes about from your sub conscious mind. I don’t agree with this but maybe it will make u feel better. If I were u I would go talk to a doctor.

I’ve been seeing a neurologist and he is going to do a brain wave test on Monday. So far he thinks its anxiety/sinus related but needs to rule out everything else first.
